Bacon Hash Brown Casserole

- 6 oz. bacon
- 3 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fully cooked ham, cubed
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Cook and crumble bacon. Set aside.
Place hash browns in 9 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, bacon, and green onions.
In separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together, then pour over all. Cover and refrigerate.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking. Preheat oven to 350°.
Bake for 55-60 minutes. Enjoy!
