Bacon Hash Brown Casserole

An easy make-ahead casserole with delicious breakfast flavors of hash browns, cheese, ham and eggs, bacon and green onion.

Materials

  • 6 oz. bacon
  • 3 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fully cooked ham, cubed
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook and crumble bacon. Set aside.
  • Place hash browns in 9 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, bacon, and green onions.
  • In separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together, then pour over all. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking. Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes. Enjoy!
