- 1 lb. ground turkey, (preferably lean)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion, (or 1/2 fresh onion chopped)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. Walden Farms BBQ sauce, any flavor, divided
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a cookie pan with foil (for easy clean-up, optional) and spray with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except for BBQ sauce. Mix 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce into the mix, and save remaining BBQ sauce to spread on top later.
Form mixture into a loaf shape on the foil. Spread remaining BBQ sauce on top.
Bake uncovered for 50 - 55 minutes. Enjoy!
