Creamy Sausage Dip

- 1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (hot or regular)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes to melt faster
- 1 can (10 oz.) Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. crushed red peppers (optional)
In a large saute pan, cook sausage. Chop and break up sausage as it cooks.
Add cream cheese to pan. Stir often. Once melted, add Rotel, black beans, and sour cream. Bring to low simmer, then remove from heat.
Add crushed red peppers optionally for extra heat.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
Serve with tortilla chips, potato chips, pita/bagel chips, crusty bread, vegetables, toasted baguette slices, pretzel sticks, or garlic toast.
For parties, keep warm in a small crock pot.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
