- 1 cup cilantro leaves, loosely packed, stems removed
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Blend all ingredients with blender, food processor, or immersion blender until mostly smooth. Makes 2/3 cup.
Serve over salads, in tacos, or as a dipping sauce. Refrigerate any leftovers. Enjoy!
