Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and half of the Cool Whip until well blended. Set aside.
Beat the dry pudding mix into the milk. Mix thoroughly. Add the rest of the Cool Whip and the food coloring until thoroughly mixed and until you've reached the color consistency you want.
Using a large trifle dish, layer half the crushed Oreos on the bottom. Next, spoon in half the pudding mixture, then half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Keep refrigerated.
Garnish top with 5 chopped Oreo cookies. (optional)
