Baked Tortellini with Sausage

An easy meal of refrigerated tortellini, pasta sauce with sour cream, baby spinach, turkey sausage, topped with mozzarella cheese.

  • 20 oz. refrigerated tortellini, any flavor
  • 24 oz. pasta sauce
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 13 oz. turkey sausage
  • 5 oz. baby spinach
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded


  • Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cook tortellini per directions on package.
  • Meanwhile, in large pot heat pasta sauce, sour cream, and sausage. Add spinach and stir.
  • Drain tortellini and add to pot, stir. Pour into baking dish. Spread cheese evenly over top.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Enjoy!


For a bolder flavor, add some garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and/or some oregano.
