Chocolate Raspberry Trifle

- 5.9 oz. box chocolate pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz. tub Cool Whip
- 2 - 6 oz. cans Raspberry Cake and Pastry Filling
- 15.25 oz. bag Oreo cookies
- OPTIONAL: fresh raspberries
Mix your milk and chocolate pudding together and let set up in the refrigerator.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and Cool Whip. Place 1/3 in trifle dish as bottom layer.
Open the cans of raspberry filling, stirring to make more spreadable. Put one can in trifle dish on top of cream cheese layer.
Using food processor or blender, make Oreo cookies into crumbs. OPTIONAL: reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Place half of Oreo crumbs in trifle dish on top of raspberry filling.
Pull chocolate pudding from refrigerator and place half of the pudding in the trifle dish on top of the Oreo crumbs.
Repeat layers: cream cheese (1/3), 2nd can of raspberry filling, 2nd half of Oreo crumbs, and 2nd half of chocolate pudding.
Top layer is the remaining 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture with the optional Oreo crumbs and fresh raspberries.
NOTE: with each layer, gently push towards the glass to avoid air gaps and to keep the layers even. Also, trifle dish sizes can vary, have clear glasses/goblets handy for any excess.
