Materials

  • 8 oz. ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a cookie sheet, or line with parchment paper.
  • Mix all ingredients together, then form into 20 nuggets (1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons each). Space evenly apart on cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, then flip over. Continue to bake another 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
