- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup Buffalo-style hot sauce
- 3 cups rotisserie chicken, finely shredded (from 1 chicken)
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 oz. blue cheese crumbles or feta
