- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 5 slices regular cut bacon
Preheat oven to 375°. Put bacon and flour in a zip lock bag and shake.
Shake off excess flour and lay each piece of bacon on foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes and turn over. Continue baking for another 10 - 20 minutes, or until it reaches desired crispness. Enjoy!
For turkey bacon, cook for less time, because it's a leaner meat. Check for desired crispness after about 12 - 15 minutes.
For thin-cut bacon, also cook for less time.
For thick-cut bacon, cook a bit longer, maybe 5 - 10 minutes.
Check for doneness by color and stiffness.
