Easy Baked Bacon

Materials

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 5 slices regular cut bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Put bacon and flour in a zip lock bag and shake.
  • Shake off excess flour and lay each piece of bacon on foil lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes and turn over. Continue baking for another 10 - 20 minutes, or until it reaches desired crispness. Enjoy!

Notes

For turkey bacon, cook for less time, because it's a leaner meat. Check for desired crispness after about 12 - 15 minutes.
For thin-cut bacon, also cook for less time.
For thick-cut bacon, cook a bit longer, maybe 5 - 10 minutes.
Check for doneness by color and stiffness.
