Instructions
Bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease or spray 9 x 5" loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, eggs, brown sugar, oil, grapefruit zest grapefruit juice, and vanilla.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix just until combined. Do not over mix.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Timing can range from 35 - 45 minutes.
Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, grapefruit juice, and vanilla until smooth and lump free. Drizzle over top of dessert bread. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve with thin slices/wedges of grapefruit.
