- 18 Oreo Mint Creme cookies, crushed (plus more for decorating)
- 3 Tbsp. salted butter, melted
- 2 pints grasshopper (or mint chocolate chip) ice cream, softened
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed (plus more for decorating)
In a 9-inch pie plate, mix together cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press onto bottom and up sides. Set aside.
In large bowl, mix together ice cream and whipped topping. Pour into crust. Freeze for 3 hours, or until set. Decorate with piped-on whipped topping and/or more cookies, either halved or crushed. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving to soften. Enjoy!
