- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 skinless/boneless chicken breasts, cut in half horizontally
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, whole or halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Drizzle olive oil into 12x8" baking dish.
Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner pieces. Add chicken to the dish and flip to coat in the oil.
Season evenly with salt, pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle feta, olives, and tomatoes over the top.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internally. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
