Mixed Berry Angel Dessert

Materials

  • 1 ready-made Angel food cake, (make or buy one)
  • 1 box (3.4 oz.) instant lemon pudding
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 5.3 oz. lemon Greek yogurt
  • 1 can (21 oz.) strawberry pie filling
  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.
  • 12 oz. frozen whipped topping

Instructions

  • Tear cake into bite-sized pieces. Set aside optional mixed berries for decorating top of dessert.
  • In bowl, mix milk with instant pudding. Add Greek yogurt.
  • Layer #1: Place 2/3 cake pieces in 13 x 9 dish. Spoon 1/2 yogurt mixture over cake. Spoon 1/2 pie filling mixture over cake. Add 1/2 mixed berries over cake.
  • Layer #2: Place remaining 1/3 cake in dish. Spoon remaining 1/2 yogurt mixture and 1/2 remaining pie filling mixture over cake. Add remaining 1/2 mixed berries.
  • Spread frozen whipped topping over top of cake. Decorate with optional mixed berries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
