Peanut Butter Pumpkin Treats

- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare 2 cookie sheets with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
In large bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin, and peanut butter.
Gradually add flour and work into dough. Knead dough adding flour until fully combined. Add tiny bit of water only if necessary.
Shape treats into desired size using cookie cutters, melon baller, or just pinch off size wanted.
Bake smaller pieces for 20 minutes, 5 minutes longer if you want them crunchy.
For larger pieces, bake 30 minutes, and an extra 5 minutes to make them crunchier.
Store in sealed container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
