Equipment

  • 1 Slow Cooker

Materials

  • 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup (low sodium)
  • 1/2 can water or chicken broth
  • 1.67 oz. packet chicken gravy mix (like Pioneer)(or 2 - .87 oz. pkts.)
  • 1/3 cup onion chopped
  • 3 medium skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp. each: black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

Instructions

  • In slow cooker, mix together the cream of chicken soup, water or broth, gravy mix, and onion.
  • Season both sides of chicken breasts with pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Dip into the sauce, then flip over, so the chicken is evenly coated. Cover.
  • Cook on LOW (preferred setting) for 6 - 7 hours, or on HIGH for 3 - 4 hours. Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F. Enjoy!

Notes

Additionally, you can add some frozen vegetables during the last 30 minutes. Just stir them in, and re-cover.
