Slow Cooker Chuck Roast with Taters

- 1 onion, thick slices
- 2 - 3 lb. boneless beef chuck roast
- salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- 2 carrots, roughly chopped
- 2 - 3 potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 tsp. beef bouillon powder
Place onion slices on bottom of crock pot.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on top and bottom of roast. Place roast on top of onion.
Place vegetables around roast.
Mix beef bouillon powder with boiling water, pour over roast.
Cook on LOW for 9 - 10 hours, or on HIGH for 5 - 6 hours. Enjoy!
