Baked Tortellini with Sausage
An easy meal of refrigerated tortellini, pasta sauce with sour cream, baby spinach, turkey sausage, topped with mozzarella cheese.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook tortellini per directions on package.
Meanwhile, in large pot heat pasta sauce, sour cream, and sausage. Add spinach and stir.
Drain tortellini and add to pot, stir. Pour into baking dish. Spread cheese evenly over top.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
Notes
For a bolder flavor, add some garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and/or some oregano.
