Yield: 60 (5 dozen)

- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Preheat oven to 400° and lay parchment paper in an 11 x 17" cookie sheet.
In food processor, mix chicken, sweet potato, water and eggs together. Alternatively, an immersion blender or regular blender will work just as well.
Pour mixture into large bowl and add half the flour. Stir until combined, then add remaining flour. You may need to knead the remaining flour into the dough as it becomes thicker.
Place a tablespoon, or small cookie scoop, of dough in lightly floured hands. Roll into ball and place on parchment paper. Press down slightly. As the treats do not spread out while baking, place each treat close to the other. All 60 will fit.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
Freezes well.
With a floured surface, this dough can also be rolled out, then cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
