- 4 individual salmon fillets, (or 1 large fillet)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 limes, (thinly slice one, juice remaining two)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Preheat oven to 350° and line a large baking sheet with foil -- enough to line the bottom and cover the top of the fish. Lay out thin slices of lime on foil.
Salt and pepper both sides of salmon. Place salmon on lime slices.
In small bowl, mix together honey, garlic, melted butter, and lime juice. Pour over tops of salmon fillets. Fold foil over to lightly seal.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, depending on thickness of salmon.
Sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top and serve. Enjoy!
