Materials

  • 2 cans crescent dough (8 pieces each)
  • 7 oz. brie cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 large egg (optional for brushing)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease pan, or use parchment paper.
  • Lay out the crescent dough in an overlapping pattern on a baking sheet. Any shape works (e.g. straight, candy cane, or wreath).
  • Spread the brie evenly over the dough, rind and all. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie.
  • Fold the tips of the crescent dough over the filling and tuck underneath. Brush top with optional egg wash.
  • Bake for 12 - 14 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm. Enjoy!
