- 2 cans crescent dough (8 pieces each)
- 7 oz. brie cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 large egg (optional for brushing)
Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease pan, or use parchment paper.
Lay out the crescent dough in an overlapping pattern on a baking sheet. Any shape works (e.g. straight, candy cane, or wreath).
Spread the brie evenly over the dough, rind and all. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie.
Fold the tips of the crescent dough over the filling and tuck underneath. Brush top with optional egg wash.
Bake for 12 - 14 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm. Enjoy!
