Cranberry Brie Crescent Bake
If youโve ever been invited to โjust bring an appetizerโ and immediately felt a wave of panic, let me introduce you to your new personality trait: Cranberry Brie Crescent Bake. It sounds fancy, looks impressive, and takes shockingly little effort. And most importantly? People will assume you worked much harder than you did.
This recipe is the holy trinity of party food: buttery crescent dough, melty brie cheese, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce. Itโs the kind of dish that makes guests hover around the oven pretending theyโre โjust checking on itโ while actually waiting for you to say itโs done.

Why Youโll Love This Cranberry Brie Crescent Bake
- It uses store-bought crescent dough (we support shortcuts here).
- Itโs sweet, savory, and buttery in every bite.
- It looks like a bakery-level masterpiece but requires zero fancy skills.
- It works for holidays, game days, brunch, potlucks, and random Tuesdays.
- It vanishes faster than you can say, โIโll just have one piece.โ
Basically, this is the appetizer equivalent of showing up effortlessly put together.

Making a Cranberry Brie Crescent Bake
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF because preparation is key.
Lay out the crescent dough in an overlapping pattern on a baking sheet. Any shape works โ ring, stick, free-form chaos โ weโre flexible. See my Cowboy Chicken Wreath for…well, obviously a wreath. Candy canes are fun at Christmas, but a straight line works pretty darn good, too.
Spread the brie evenly over the dough. Yes, rind and all.
Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie like you know what youโre doing.
Fold the tips of the crescent dough over the filling and tuck underneath.
Brush with egg wash for that golden-brown glow-up. This is optional, but makes it look ever-so lovely.
Bake for 12โ14 minutes, or until beautifully golden and impossible to resist.
Serve warm and accept compliments gracefully.

Pro Tips (From Someone Whoโs Made This Too Many Times)
- Let it cool slightly before cutting unless you enjoy molten cheese situations.
- Double the recipe if feeding more than 4 peopleโฆ or fewer people with strong appetites.
- This pairs beautifully with wine, cocktails, or standing in the kitchen eating it straight from the pan.
