Materials

  • 2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed into 1-2" chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chicken base
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place the chicken chunks into a 9x13" baking dish.
  • Pour olive oil and chicken base over the chicken. Stir well to evenly coat.
  • In small bowl, mix together seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and dried thyme. Sprinkle over chicken and toss until the chicken is fully coated in seasoning.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
