- 1 lb. lean ground beef, or turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, (5 - 6 pieces) crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix (usually found in baking aisle)

- 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease (or spray) a 9" pie plate.
In medium skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat (approx. 8 - 10 min.). Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper while cooking. Stir often breaking the beef into smaller pieces. Once beef is brown, drain excess fat. Stir in cooked bacon. Pour into prepared pie plate.

Bake uncovered 25 - 32 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to rest for 10 minutes to set up before serving. Enjoy!
