Materials

Brownies:

  • 1 box brownie mix for 13 x 9"
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Or, make from scratch: Chewy Gooey Walnut Brownies + 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Frosting:

  • 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 2 2/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Brownies:

  • If using box mix, follow instructions on box, plus add 2 tsp. ground cinnamon. Bake in 13 x 9" baking dish per directions. Cool completely.
  • If making from scratch, follow recipe for Chewy Gooey Walnut Brownies, plus add 2 tsp. ground cinnamon. Bake per directions, cool completely.

Frosting:

  • Mix all frosting ingredients together until combined, smooth, and creamy. Spread in even layer over cooled brownies.
  • If using ready-made frosting, add 1 tsp. ground cinnamon to frosting and stir until combined. Spread in even layer over cooled brownies. Enjoy!
