- 4 cups Jack cheese (Monterey, Colby, Cheddar, or Pepper)
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 4 oz. can green chilies, chopped
- 3 medium fresh tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2.25 oz. can ripe olives, sliced and drained
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
In a mixing bowl, or your serving bowl, mix all ingredients together. Stir until combined.
For optimal flavor, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh, crisp veggies. Enjoy!
