No Bake Butterscotch Apple Dessert

A luscious dessert made with a graham cracker crust and layers of cream cheese, pudding, apple pie filling, and whipped topping. The best part? You won't need the oven for this one.

Materials

Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. salted butter, melted

Layers:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3.4 oz. box instant butterscotch pudding
  • 21 oz. can apple pie filling, chopped
  • 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

Crust:

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into 13 x 9" baking dish, then refrigerate.

Layers:

  • Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat until combined. Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the crust and gently spread into an even layer.
  • Mix the pudding into the milk until smooth and creamy. Stir in the apple pie filling. Dollop over the cream cheese layer and gently spread into an even layer.
  • Dollop whipped topping over pudding mixture and gently spread into an even layer. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  • OPTION: top with roasted or candied pecans. Enjoy!
