Materials

  • 1 9-inch chocolate pie crust (see Notes)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 10 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Make your own crust per instructions in Notes section below, or have store-bought pie crust ready.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and combined. Fold in whipped topping and chopped cookies. Spoon the filling into the crust, then smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, best if overnight. Optional: decorate with more whipped topping and additional cookies. Enjoy!

Notes

For homemade crust, crush 25 Oreo cookies in food processor or in a bag crushed with rolling pin, then mixed with 5 tablespoons melted butter. Press mixture into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Place in freezer to set while you make filling.
