Olive Ranch Cheese Spread

Materials

  • 2 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (approx. 1 cup), chopped
  • 4.25 oz. can black olives, chopped or sliced and drained
  • 4 oz. can diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup frozen corn

Instructions

  • Beat the cream cheese and ranch mix in large bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors. Enjoy!
  • Serving suggestions: 1) as an appetizer with crackers, chips, or veggies, 2) spread on your favorite bagel, 3) use in a deli-meat sandwich, or 4) use as a topping on a baked potato.
