Oven Roasted Asparagus
A quick and easy side dish using only 6 simple ingredients, and ready in just 20 minutes. The crispy outside and tender inside goes great with any meal.

- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with foil.
Chop off the woody ends (2 - 3 inches) from asparagus. Place cut asparagus on foil.
Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice evenly over the asparagus. Sprinkle with minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt. Using your hands, gently toss to evenly coat the spears. Make sure the asparagus is in a single layer with no overlapping.
Bake until fork tender; thin spears 8 - 10 minutes, medium spears 10 - 15 min., thick spears 15 - 20 minutes.
Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy!
