Slow Cooker Beef Roast

A completely delicious and easy recipe for a tender, fall-apart beef roast that's great served in a number of ways. Throw everything into the crock pot, then go outside and play.

Materials

  • 3 lb. Chuck roast
  • salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • 1 oz. envelope Au Jus gravy
  • 1 oz. envelope Ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) roughly sliced into 6 - 8 pieces
  • 8 oz. pepperoncini (peppers and the juice) medium heat

Instructions

  • Line your crock pot if you use liners.
  • Season both sides of Chuck roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place roast in crock pot.
  • Sprinkle envelopes of Au Jus gravy and Ranch seasoning over roast. Place pieces of butter across top of roast. Add pepperoncini over top.
  • Cover. Set crock pot on LOW for 8 hours. Enjoy!
