Slow Cooker Beef Roast
A completely delicious and easy recipe for a tender, fall-apart beef roast that's great served in a number of ways. Throw everything into the crock pot, then go outside and play.

- 3 lb. Chuck roast
- salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- 1 oz. envelope Au Jus gravy
- 1 oz. envelope Ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) roughly sliced into 6 - 8 pieces
- 8 oz. pepperoncini (peppers and the juice) medium heat
Line your crock pot if you use liners.
Season both sides of Chuck roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place roast in crock pot.
Sprinkle envelopes of Au Jus gravy and Ranch seasoning over roast. Place pieces of butter across top of roast. Add pepperoncini over top.
Cover. Set crock pot on LOW for 8 hours. Enjoy!
