Slow Cooker Cheesy Ham Au Gratin

Materials

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 10.5 oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 7.1 oz. box Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes in creamy sauce
  • 2 - 11 oz. cans Mexicorn (or whole corn with bell peppers)
  • 2 cups cooked ham, cubed

Instructions

  • In your crock pot, add milk, water, cheddar cheese soup, and packet of sauce mix from box of scalloped potatoes. Stir until combined. Add the potato slices and stir to insure potato slices are covered evenly in sauce.
  • Add both cans of corn and the ham. Stir.
  • Cover and cook on LOW heat for 8 hours. Enjoy!
