Materials

  • 1 1/2 lbs. baby potatoes, quartered
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 oz. andouille sausage, cut into 1/4" slices
  • 2 - 14 oz. cans green beans, drained
  • 1 oz. pkt. onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick)

Instructions

  • Either line the crock pot with a slow cooker liner, or generously spray the inside with non-stick spray.
  • Add the quartered potatoes to the pot. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to evenly coat.
  • Add the onion, garlic, sausage, and green beans. Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over top. Add the butter on top.
  • Cover. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours, or HIGH for 3-4 hours. Stir gently before serving. Enjoy!
