- 1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast (or skinless, boneless chicken thigh)
- 1 oz. packet Ranch seasoning mix (approx. 3 tablespoons)
- 16 oz. jar pepperoncini peppers, including the juice
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, cubed
Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle the Ranch seasoning over the top.
Add the jar of pepperoncini peppers with all of the juice.
Place the cubed cream cheese and butter evenly over the top. Cover. Cook on LOW heat (preferred setting) for 6 - 7 hours, or on HIGH for 3- 4 hours.
Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks. Stir and serve. Enjoy!
