Materials

  • 1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast (or skinless, boneless chicken thigh)
  • 1 oz. packet Ranch seasoning mix (approx. 3 tablespoons)
  • 16 oz. jar pepperoncini peppers, including the juice
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, cubed

Instructions

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle the Ranch seasoning over the top.
  • Add the jar of pepperoncini peppers with all of the juice.
  • Place the cubed cream cheese and butter evenly over the top. Cover. Cook on LOW heat (preferred setting) for 6 - 7 hours, or on HIGH for 3- 4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks. Stir and serve. Enjoy!
