Materials

  • 16 oz. bag sugar cookie dough, 24 count (such as Pillsbury)
  • 1 cup No Bake Cheesecake (such as Philadelphia)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (avoid non pareils)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° and spray mini cup pan with non-stick spray.
  • Roll each cookie dough in sprinkles as heavy or light as you prefer. Place one cookie in each mini cup.
  • Bake for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and gently press down each center with rounded tip, like a rounded spatula handle. Cool completely.
  • Fill each center with cheesecake filling. You can simply spoon it in, or go fancy and use a piping bag and tip. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!

Notes

I recommend the regular, softer sprinkles for this recipe. Using sugar crystals or non pareils may sound like you're eating rocks.
