Sweet Basil Garlic Butter

- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh sweet basil, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. red wine
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
In small sauce pan, heat oil. Add garlic, cook for 1 minute. Add basil and wine; cook until dry. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 10 minutes.
In small bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Add the basil mixture, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
Store in refrigerator, but remove 30 minutes before serving to warm butter. Enjoy!
