White Cake Mix Cookies

Super easy recipe using a white cake mix that can be customized based on the holiday or event using food coloring and/or sprinkles.

Materials

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 3 Tbsp. sprinkles (optional)
  • food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In a large bowl, mix together the eggs and oil. Start adding cake mix. Batter may creep up beaters in which case, finish mixing by hand. (Batter can be divided at this point if you want 2 different colors using optional food coloring and/or sprinkles.)
  • If using sprinkles, mix into batter. Place extra sprinkles in a plate. Dip each unbaked cookie into sprinkles and place sprinkles-side-up on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for about 2 minutes, then finish cooling on wire rack. Enjoy!
