Enjoy the refreshing summer time flavors of mango and peaches in this classic milkshake. With only a few ingredients this homemade treat is a must-have for all milkshake lovers out there. In short, a Mango Peach Milkshake is a great recipe to double and share with a friend.

Mango Peach Milkshake

A Mango Peach Milkshake is deliciously satisfying any time of the year. At the peak of peach season, use fresh peaches for that amazing punch of fruity flavor. In the winter, however, don’t be denied, just use canned peaches and mangoes. In other words, fresh or canned, the flavor delivers.

A smooth and creamy ice cream treat with whipped cream on top.

Making a Mango Peach Milkshake

You’ll need a regular blender or an immersion blender (hand held).

Add in the vanilla ice cream, milk and the powdered sugar.

Next, add in the chopped peaches and mangoes.

Now, blend it up until it’s smooth, and that’s it.

Easy and delicious, which is just a what a treat should be.

Fresh vs. Canned Peaches and Mangoes

In short, I’ve used both and both deliver the flavor.

However, I’m not sure you can ever beat a fresh peach or mango, but they’re pretty close.

So, if you have a ripe delicious peach just ready to jump into this milkshake, you’ll need 1 medium peach for this recipe.

With the mango, if you happen to have a fresh one handy, you’ll need about 1/2 a medium sized mango.

Substitutes and Toppings

Lactose intolerant? Yeah, me too, but not to worry.

Check out my recipe for Chocolate Milkshake where I talk about the substitutions you can make for the ice cream and the milk.

Also, you can mix up the ice cream flavor from vanilla to “Peaches and Cream” or “Creamy Mango.”

For the topping, which you don’t need, but they’re fun, you can squirt a can of whipped cream on top, or use a non-dairy whipped topping.

Definitely sprinkles…sprinkles are cool.

Also, I placed a slice of peach on the side of the glass, and darn!… I was out of cherries.
