Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops
Here’s an easy dinner that takes about three minutes to throw together, then set the crock pot and enjoy your day. Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops has tender, flavorful meat slow cooked to perfection every time in a delicious, seasoned gravy. Perfect over rice or mashed potatoes.

Whether you have a busy day, or just don’t feel like cooking, this easy dinner is for you.
Literally only four ingredients (plus salt and pepper that doesn’t count), no pre-cooking, pre-browning, or any other such nonsense. Just set it and forget it.
You’ll end up with tender, moist pork chops that were cooked in it’s own seasoned gravy. And you just know that if it’s seasoned with Ranch, it’s good.

Making Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops
I don’t like cleaning, that’s no secret. To reduce this annoyance, I use slow cooker liners when I bust out my crock pot. It’s just a thin bag, (or liner), that fits inside your crock pot so that when you’re done cooking, you can take out the liner and throw it away. Very little cleaning is needed; just wipe out the condensation in the crock pot. Oh, and clean the lid, for goodness sake.
Ok, I’m off my soap box, let’s start.
Cream of…soups
Well, not quite. First, let’s talk about “cream of” soups. I couldn’t decide between cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, then what do I see? A can of cream of chicken & mushroom soup. Whoopee! Problem solved.
Now, you can use all cream of mushroom if you prefer, or all cream of chicken. You can even use one can of each. I stopped thinking about it when I saw the cream of chicken & mushroom soup. Whichever you use, it’s going to taste amazing. Seriously, they all work.
Full disclaimer, I haven’t tried this with cream of celery just yet, but I’ll bet it’s good. I use cream of celery in my Meatballs and Gravy recipe, which I love, so I know it would be good with these pork chops, as well.

So, mix together the following ingredients: two cans of soup, the packet of dry Ranch seasoning mix, and the dried parsley. Once combined, salt and pepper the pork chops, then place them in the soup mixture. Flip them over so they’re coated on both sides, then place the cover on top.
Did you know that by lifting the lid of a crock pot (just to peak inside) adds one-half hour to your cook time? It’s true, so keep that lid on.
To cook, set the timer for six hours on LOW; this is the preferred method for the most tender meat.
Alternatively, you can set the timer for four hours on HIGH. It will taste just as good, but cooking it slow and steady on LOW gives the best results.

Serving Time
Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops has it’s own gravy, so it’s great over basmati or jasmine rice, or Classic Mashed Potatoes, Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes, or Sweet Potato Mash.
A small side salad or Oven Roasted Asparagus completes the meal. Delicious!
