Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza or marinara sauce
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 10 slices pepperoni, roughly chopped

To make in the oven, preheat oven to 400ยฐ and place rack in the center of the oven. Mix all ingredients in oven-safe bowl, then bake for about 10 minutes. If you want a darker color on top, you can broil for 2- 3 minutes, but keep a close eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
