First, preheat your oven to 375ยฐ, then get out your Dutch oven or a large skillet.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet sugar-free taco seasoning (such as Dan-O's)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 16 oz. cottage cheese (full or low fat)
  • 10 oz. can Rotel with green chilies
