Making Spinach Artichoke Chicken Bake
First, line a large baking pan or glass dish with foil, then lightly spray with non-stick spray. Also, preheat the oven to 375ยฐF.
Next, salt and pepper both sides of the chicken breasts, and arrange them on the baking pan.
Then, in a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Easy, right?

Ingredients
- 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (on the smaller side)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐ. Line a large baking pan with foil and a light coat of cooking spray.
- Salt and pepper both sides of chicken. Lay chicken on foil.
- In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients together. Evenly cover each chicken breast with artichoke mixture.
- Bake for 35 – 40 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads an internal temperature of 165ยฐ. Enjoy!
